Change of Address - Log on to our website as a shopper and update your profile. To ensure that your payment are received on time, please send us an email letting the payroll department also know.
Cancelling a Shop - We know from time to time that things come up to where you have to cancel the shop. To do this you must contact us in order to do this. You cannot cancel the shop yourself online. Please notify us immediately if something should come up.
Logging On - If this is your first time logging on, your password will be the first two letters of your last name and the last four digits of your telephone number (all lowercase). Once you have signed on, you can change your password.

Payments - Shoppers may be paid at anytime, but no later than the 30th of the next month following the shop. You will be paid by a check through our bank and will receive it in the mail. This check will show up in a bank envelope, so don't throw it away thinking it's a credit card application. * Make certain your mailing address is up to date or this may delay your payment. You can check the status of your payment by logging on to our website and opening up your profile. If you didn't receive a payment for some reason, please email us. All inquiries must be made within 90 days of payment.
Pop-Up Blockers - If you have problems with navigating through the site; try turning off your pop-up blockers.
Questions - If you have a question and you can't find the answer on our website, then email us and we will be glad to add your question to this page.
Report Number - The report number is located on the initial email that you received upon accepting the shop.
Reports Due - All reports and receipts must be submitted by 3 PM of the following day of the actual shop. If you don't think you can meet these deadline of turning in your receipts/report, please email us immediately, so that we know what is going on.
Rescheduling a Shop - If you must reschedule you can logon to your account and do it yourself. You are allowed to reschedule twice. If this cannot not be done before the deadline, you must contact us. Do not let this date go by to where we have to contact you about a past due date.
Secondary Shopper - In the section of Available Shops will show if any a gray section of shops that have already been assigned in your area. Click on the "View Visit Details" to be notified if the shop becomes available again.
Social Security Number - It is not necessary to fill this in, if we need your social security number we will contact you.
System Compatibility - Our system is only compatible with Internet Explorer 5.5 and above, Netscape Navigator 4.76 and above, AOL 7.0 and above and Mozilla Firefox1.0. This system will not work with WebTV. If you are having problems completing the application, try disabling your pop up blocker. Firewalls have also been known to interfere with submitting this form.
Taxes - If Mystery Shopper Pros pays an Independent Contractor $600.00 or more in any calendar year, we will file Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-MISC. This does not include any money that was reimbursed for services.
