Procedures
Thank you for your interest in Mystery Shopper Pros. The use of Mystery Shopper Pros will gain you an impartial observation of your employee’s interactions and an independent evaluation of your customer service. We at Mystery Shopper Pros only use the best shoppers to assess your business. By using the best shoppers, we can ensure you identify any potential customer service problems and can correct them before there are any serious repercussions to your business.
Part of our job is to make your job as easy as possible, whether it’s making changes to the survey form or adding more questions. We are here to help you and your suggestions are always welcome.
Listed below are some of the things that you can expect from Mystery Shopper Pros:
An initial set of mystery shopper questions for your management team to review and to adjust to best fit your service requirements.
Questions are pre-certified at an actual store by one of our best shoppers. This will give us an opportunity to validate your scenario, while following the guidelines and completing the report. This information is used for fine-tuning your questionnaire to make certain future shops work smoothly. The final mystery shopping report criteria is approved by you.
Loading of your shop locations into our system for scheduling. We verify and confirm all shop locations before releasing the shop for scheduling.

Scheduling of shops through our automated online system.
Notification of certified shoppers systematically within a 50-mile radius.
Periodic verifications to insure that all shops are assigned and accepted.
Detailed shop instructions to all shoppers outlining the requirements of the shop. Help is always available to the shopper if they have any questions.
Report submission from the shopper within 12 hours is required. The reports are submitted online. Periodic verifications are made to insure all shops are completed and submitted on time.
Review board validation where all reports are checked for accuracy, grammar, spelling and grading. Any report that is unclear is returned to the shopper for clarification.
Release of the report for management viewing. If there is a report in question, please contact us and we will notify the shopper immediately for clarity. Reports are released to you within 24 hours of the shop being performed.

Reports and history data viewable online in your choice of spreadsheets, graphs or pie charts and can be printed or downloaded to Excel.
Hard copies of reports are available on request.
