We see our role as a supportive role by designing mystery shopping programs that allow the companies to see where improvements can be made so that they honor their customers with superior products and services. Judy is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Her career has been in IT Support, Project Management and Employee Training.
She strongly advocates the philosophy of Servant Leadership. Her aim as a servant-leader is to focus on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which she belongs; helping others to succeed is her priority.
Having been born and raised in St. Louis, she is a life-long St. Louis Cardinals fan!
Jim has over 25 years extensive industrial service management. His positions include being an Operational Manager, Technical Service Supervisor, Technical Data Engineer and is a veteran of the US Navy.
In 2002 Jim began performing mystery shopping for other companies. Shortly thereafter Mystery Shopper Pros was created.
Jim has very high expectations whether it is meals in a restaurant, customer service, or product quality. Mystery shopping is a perfect match for him.
